BEING FORCED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT TO GET MONEY SENT

I sent money from Tanzania via Western Union, Mall@Reds
My wife could not get it with proof of residence (that they said is not acceptable) and proof that we are legally married (marriage certificate).
When she wanted to complain, she was told that the manager was on leave.
She was then forced to open an account and by then Western Union had closed.
