I spoke to your consultants and they told me to cancel western union transactions i need to log in to the old absa system but we (me and a absa emloyee) couldn't even find the transactions made by western union.
So after 3 calls again from your red phone in branch they told me to send a mail to wucancellation...
I need these 2 transactions cancelled asap so i can redo them with correct details as the receiver gave me the wrong info.
