I Made a payment via internet banking Western Union to one of my suppliers. I unfortunately made a typo in the beneficiary and the supplier couldn't access the funds.
I tried to go online to reverse the payment, but the payment doesn't show up under the western union beneficiaries.
I then had to make an additional payment to get the money there in time.
HOWEVER, I CAN"T GET THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT BACK. The call centre doesn't EVER pick up their phone or you have to wait for3 hours before someone picks up!!!!
I just need the original payment cancelled, BUT NOT ONE is answering calls or can help me!
ABSA IS PATHETIC!!!!
SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!!
