Western Union Transaction

I've send an mail to Absa Customer support on the 23/07/2013 regarding a Western Union transaction I made on the 07/07/13. I've send the money using Western Union, the receiver of the money went there, and Country Mart told her that there is no record of the transfer and that that specific Country Mart have put international transactions is on hold. So then I emailed Absa to cancel the transaction I made, they referred me to a Western Union cancelation email address. So l emailed western union with all the details and attachments to cancel the transaction on the 09/08/13. I emailed them again on the 21/08/13. They still haven't gotten back to me yet and I need the money
