Good day every one, i am not a Wes bank client but have made a payment on behalf of some one else to hes account. The person was visiting me on the farm and could not access hes bank from here and I made a payment via Internet transfer. We have used a wrong reference nr for the account. I am battling for almost a month and a half to get my money back it is e-mail on e-mail and phone call on phone call but every time a other lame excuse. can some one give me a number or something so that Wes bank can refund my money???
It is R4250, alot of money!!!
