I was contacted by a Wesbank Call Centre about 2 premiums that have been missed on my car.
It is bizarre how they can not find the payments when I added them as a beneficiary at my bank with the specific reference and have been doing the transfer using the reference.
I contacted the Wesbank call centre on Friday and was advised that my matter has been referred to the legal department. The agent transferred me to the Legal department but the line was not working. I thereafter called on the number that I was given and same did not work.
I have the necessary bank account statements to prove payment was made, but am unable to contact anybody to discuss.
Wesbank is committing. I wonder if this is an insurance tactic to make extra money.
