On 25th of November 2013, we submitted a life claim for the following policy no. 6784866 and was given this ref: we_283130300. Hollard claims to pay all claims within 48 hours of receiving documentations, as you can see these documents were submitted and received the same day. To our surprise the monies due to the beneficiary has not been paid to date (a week later). Their call centre is beating around the bush and full of excuses. It seems that non of these guys is willing to help as every time me call we are given what seems to be a standard answer and no payment.
