I am having lots of trouble with the Panel beaters you directed me to as Dial Direct. The company is Auto Magic in Witbank. Its been more than a month not receiving my car back. The parts they said are not even at the shop. I am very stressed about this and my rental car Dial Direct gave me I have to return soon. I will be stuck without a car.
Auto Magic did send me a few sms's saying my car is done but when I go to them they have not even started. I visited the shop a few times now but I have no success in getting my car back.
I am pleading you to please assist me. I am in dire need of my car and the people at Auto Magic in Witbank is not doing their work. They are making Dial Direct's name bad and I will now start looking for a new insurer who can cater to my needs in the future.
Please assist and help me get my car back in a good order prior to the accident.
