I have submitted a funeral policy claim on 29 January 2013 for my mother that passed away and they came back to me that they need more info I have submitted it again on 20 May 2013 at 14:28. Till now nobody has come back to me about the status of this claim. ALWAYS busy to be assessed, and the call centre is extremely unhelpful nobody can give me the status of this claim. I have just about have had enough of Hollard dealing with a death in the family is stress full enough and then to fight every day with Hollard about a claim is unacceptable. They are constantly trying to stall.
