I have to beg Hollard to get my policy paid out

On 3 June 2013, I sent all my documents to Irma at Hollard Life claims to have my policy paid out to me, she didn't respond to let me know she received my documents and is processing it, no acknowledgement of my email, nothing, on 5 June I mailed her, asking if she received my documents and only then did she respond saying they are waiting for SARS, on 11 June, again I had to email & ask her, what was the status, she said she would let me know, on 12 June, she didn't let me know as she said she would, and so again, I had to ask what is the hold up, because I want my funds paid to me, she only responded to me on the 14 June, saying an amount of R5162.97 will be paid to me and this will be processed on 18 June 2013, yesterday I asked why I have not received my refund, as she told me it will be processed on 18 June, I didn't get a response, even though she read my email, today I emailed her saying that I am very unhappy and that I will escalate this issue, the service from Irma is horrific as you can see above, I have to beg her to respond to me and render feedback, and can my refund take so long if it was processed on Tuesday, I want my money, it is the last time I will ever take out policies with Hollard
