I bought my Blackberry in October and Insured it with Hollard. The scroller stopped working in April after the phone fell (an incident covered by the policy). I submitted the claim through Game Store in Cresta (where I purchased it) as they offered to assist me. I Submitted all relevant documentation as required, expecting the
payout in 72 hours as promised by Nhlanhla, Ismael and Mxolisi. After a month and over 10 phonecalls Hollard has not delivered on their promise.
