On the 03rd Dec 2013 I made a R1000 transaction from my credit card, the send money option asked me to punch in a STD Bank account holder's cell foun number, of which i did enter cell foun number (076 979 1784) which belongs to Miss D F... To my surprise the money was sent to somebody else with account number ending with 3084, remember i have done nothing wrong, i have punched in the correct cell foun number as required but now STD Bank expects me to pay R263 for the money to be traced and transfered back to my account, why must i pay for a mistake that is not mine?

and now i must also wait for 10 working days for my money to be transfered back to the account... Remember i have recently changed banks so how do I trust them if they treat me like this so soon???
