Internal transfer of funds

I have money out of my account and transfered to another capitec account yet its been a week since i reported, this happened as a result of a sim swap that took place on sat the 13 july 2013. i have even taken the steps to go to the saps and get a case number and gave it to them, how hard can it be to get hold of the other account holder whom my money was transfered to? i lost 9400 and they dont even seem to care about it. i want my money back or atleast i want to know who the account belongs to and then i can get the answers as to who may have done the sim swap because there must be a link!! if i cannot be given the information partaining to the account holder then they need to get the police involved i already opened a case here and empowered them with a case number! what else am i supposed to do! and after this is resolved i am closing my account with capitec bank and wont encourage anyone else to bank wit them.
