Cell C refuses to correct electr prepaid transact

I have made a mistake last week with an EFT prepaid transaction. Instead of using my number, I used a nine (9) instead of an eight (8) which is part of my number. The Cell number with the nine (9) either keeps on ringing or is engaged, when tried to contact the owner.

I requested them to kindly load my number 084 338 1432, with the amount of R300 and remove it from 084 XX9 XXXX, because it is not my number. Both is CEll C numbers and Cell received my money via standard bank.

Cell C who has received my money via Standard Bank, refuses to set this right, they keep on blaming it on me, which is true, but they are sitting with my money and refuse to load my phone withe amount or with draw it from the incorrect number. They are not even willing to say if it is a contract or prepaid phone.
