I reported the matter regarding the R5000 that was from my account, the matter happened in September the 15 in Johannesburg CBD. I was told that i'll get the report in ten working days but i never got a reply until i called in and that was when i was told that the matter was declined. Due to the fact that i didn't' like the outcome i was told to call CRC of which i did with standard bank employee but the call was not answered then she made a note that CRC will come back to me within 48 hours.

I also like to report bad customer service from the branch manager of Standard bank in South Gate about her bad treatment towards me, i don't know what her problem was, the color of my skin or something else. She didn't even emphasis with me, she didn't take time to help or explain why she can't assist me as i know everything has a procedure and impossibilities but to her i was like nothing. I just needed someone who cares on how to help me out with that big amount of money (R5000) or else i'm switching to FNB bank
