Lack of Feed Back or ocontacting clients

I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the poor service from ABSA.
Southdale.
Ms Fortune Letsoa, was poor in giving feedback to me regarding the matter she was handling.
I was told by Ms Ria that the manager is not in but she will get a Mr Vijay Narain, to call me he is the acting manager. I explained to him and also said that I have a number for Ms Maria Ramos, he said that I can call her. I asked him is this Maria Ramos person worth calling and is Ms Fortune higher then her. He had a bad attitude, to me it was s if he does not respect the CEO. This is likea joke that the stuff off Southdale ABSA clearly hasno respect for their CEO nor their clients that pays their salary.
