(trusting you'll take the trouble with this "warm" compliment... even then I will be hopeful so far)

Impressed with ETHOS of "empowered to make reasonable decisions employees" you have.

Background:
Paid off car. Troubled to engaged ABSA to manage collecting eNATIS docs. Suddenly a 14 day from 5-7 days. Mess-up was originals not filed. 5 years plus follow-ups no one told me TRUTH. My deals pending - looking like a 'dassie phau phua".

Would been nice megamoth ABSA use clout with eNATIS to cut my "new" 14 day wait. So asked for solutions instead of dumb "we sorry..blah blah". Manager gave letter (without predujice..jah right to whom) on stationery so I could save face versus being a "dassie phau phau"

Still dont have my documents BUT STILL... that "touched me"

Well done Mario Ramos on creating empowered employees.

Two things:

No1:
Black diamonds are now more articulate. Local business catching that wake up WIN.

No 2:
They dont value "blah blah" but employees who provide solutions... especially when things go wrong (there is prejudice to someone somewhere... its not just client but related parties too).

Well done ABSA "so far".
