As in my previous reports I have made ARRANGEMENTS with the different Departments to pay a specific amount every month. The Loans Division make a debit order withdrawal from my account on 29 November
after I HAVE SPECIFICALLY SPECIFIED THE DATE FOR THE 1ST WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH!!! Our Salaries are released on the afternoon of the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH therefore we only see our Salaries in our Banks on the 1st working day of the month. I have made a payment into my Standard Bank cheque account as arranged with them but they send me a sms telling me that I have not made a payment. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH STANDARD BANK ANYMORE!!! They treat me so bad - is this because I owe them money after I have SPECIFICALLY MADE ARRANGEMENTS??? It is like talking to a wall. They do not care about me as a client of the bank. I have been with them for years without problems and suddenly when I get into a situation of not having a job - making arrangements after I do get employed again they keep on harassing me. I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT WITH THEM. You will be treated badly. I have the proof of this now!
