BREACH OF CONTRACT - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've lodged a complaint FOURTEEN DAYS AGO with my personal banker on 2.4.13, followed by a visit to my bank/branch manager (BM) on 8.4.13 and given a reference number and a promise that someone from the "product house" will be in touch with me on that same day. Yesterday, a week after my personal conversation with the BM, I enquired by e-mail to the BM on which no immediate response was received although a read receipt was received and I then called the BM telephonically and was told the breach of contract by Absa had again been taken up with the particular "product house" and that someone senior will be in touch with me "today". Needless to say I am still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting... so much so for customer service by my bank with whom I have been dealing 47 years!!! It seems to me that Absa does not know how to deal with the oversight on their side regarding Absa's breach of contract. I wonder if Maria Ramos will attend to my query should I send her an e-mail in stead. Maybe it is now high time to change my bank.
