Good day,
I have pre-qualified for a loan at African Bank on the 06th of September and had done a telephonic application by the sales department and was requested to
Finalize the process at the nearest branch, On Saturday the 07th I took all the requested documents to the bank and was assisted by Maria.

As per company procedure a letter from the HR was needed to finalize my request of which I did request and took it to the bank, But according to Maria
And the branch manager the letter is not in the format that they want. I called my HR department and explained the situation and was told the letter is in the
Right format and it applies to all the employees at my company. I have asked the Branch manager at African Bank Southdale (Zukiswa) and the consultant
(Maria) to call the HR in case they need to confirm any details but my request was denied.

I'm convinced that the Service at South Dale is biased and all the trouble I have been put through is unnecessary as I have provided all the information requested
As far as the application process goes.
