Update bank account details

The Department of Labour (DOL) is unable to pay my maternity UIF benefits into my account because standard bank has not updated some of my details and / or have incorrect details. I have been to standard bank numerous times, the last being last Wednesday where i stood in line for almost an hour with my baby on my arm, only for them to tell me that everything is up to date. This is not the first time they say things are up to date but they are not. In fact i am still waiting on 2 other queries with them which they also have not done. In the meantime the DOL will be closing in Dec and i have not received a salary since August. I need standard bank to get back to me asap. I need them to me check that my identity number is the same everywhere on their systems. Please someone help me.
