I recently had two of my standard bank accounts cleaned out through someone obtaining my debit card details, one account is linked to another so they withdrew everything out both accounts. Standard bank say it takes 10 days to sort out, here I am two weeks later with not result other than they are still investigating it.
The fact that this happens so frequently at standard bank is alarming, the fact that they have dishonest people working there is not my problem, I would like my money back today otherwise I will go on a smear and hate campign of the bank, I have had friends who have had the exact same thing happen to them with no success from standard bank, why are we being punished for their incompetence it can only be someone internally working for standard bank that is able to get access to these details and why are standard bank so slow to act on finding the culpritAny one with a Standard Bank account should move to another bank as this is happening too frequently at standard bank, they are probably the least secure bank on the planet, now trying to shift the blame onto me for their bank letting my money disappear I am a single dad with a little 5 year old to take care of.
