I went to collect my Elite Plus Gold card at the East rand mall. At the same time of collecting my card I updated my address. Now I get calls from standard bank and when they confirmed my address it was still an address of 8 years ago. Honestly. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the woman to go make copies and still my details aren't updates, So let me guess. ONCE AGAIN I will have to go back to the branch to get these details updated.
You guys are useless. All my Hellopeter complaints are just Standard Bank, Standard Bank, Standard Bank. DO YOU EVER GET ANYTHING RIGHT. EVER!!!
