Time to move to another bank

After my post on HELLOPETER. I received a phone call from standard bank trying to fix things. I spoke to a lady named Stella Pretorius. She mentioned that the standard bank branch did not faxed my affidavit to the right fax number. So I had to email her all the details including the cell phone itemized billing to her regarding the previous incident.

Up to this date the money have not been payed back and still no answer from standard bank or from Stella Pretorius???

I think it is time to cancel all my and my wife's accounts with Standard Bank and move to another bank.
