Updating Details

I went to Standard Bank in Centurion, outside Centurion Mall Monday 2nd September 2013 in the morning to update my details. I take my time, to go stand in cue which I dont usually do as I am impatient with long cues and still nothing fruitful of my time is utilized?

I receive a whatsapp message from a person who tells me my Bank Notifications reports to them on my old number which apparently the service provider recycled to a new contract sim. The person bought a new phone a week ago and he has been getting my Notifications since Monday, the very same day I went to bank to update my details.

What standard does standard bank set? It was a waste of time to go to the bank specifically to change my details because even my internet banking details have still not been activated when I called standard bank yesterday and the consultant confirmed nothing was activated and I must go back to the branch again.

I am always busy and do not have time to go to the bank and I make time to go to the bank and this happens?

Do you people think I have time to play?
