Std Bank's lack of customer service is disgusting!

I've been a customer with Std bank for the past 28 years, I recently took out a home readvance loan on the 8/11/2013 via a telephone call from my nearest branch to the relevant people as I was instructed by the branch, since then I have made 3 visits to the branch to sign papers that where needed to process the loan, all communication made to me from the bank was via sms and I had to phone them for updates, on the 26/11/2013 I phoned the callcentre yet again only to find that they had processed the loan on somebody else's name! I was then told that they sorted it out and that I will receive the loan in 3 days, after 3 days I had no contact from the bank and didn't receive the loan I called them again, and they stated that they didn't receive certain documents from the branch, when I got to the branch I was shown that all documents were sent, the branch then phoned the home loan department infront of me and again told me all was sorted out and that it will take 3 days, 3 days has passed and I get another sms wanting the same documents that was signed and processed! No phone calls just sms's. That's another trip to the bank! Because of the mess Std bank created!
