BAD SERVICE

I applied for a loan on Tuesday morning at Airport Mall branch. The loan was approved and we signed all the documents but the money never went into my account. I phoned their customer service and they told me they didn't't receive a full information on my application, they asked me to call the branch and I did. The lady who was helping me she told me that she made a mistake on the application, she told me to wait as she will re-do the application. I don't know how long will it take again because as far as I'm concerned it will never take more than five days for a loan application.
