I have taken a temp loan previously and have not had a problem, the loan was paid up within 21 days, I attempted to take up a temp loan again but the atm did not give me the option, I was under the impression that I had to wait for the 31 days to be up before a tried again. So I waited and its been over 31 days now and I went to fnb springfield park and tried again, the atm said Loan not available and I should contact the branch. I went into the branch to enquire and I was told at the customer service desk that it was a 'random thing' and I can only get another temp loan when I receive a sms saying I can get one but they couldn't tell me how long or when that would be, I should just wait! If I could just wait then I wouldn't need the cash now! Fnb as always given me good service previously but why can't I get a temp loan now?? Giving me a temp loan is definitely how you can help me! Please help
