Utterly disappointed

Good day, I have recently switched from Nedbank to FnB. I was happy that I seen on the website that I could get a smart phone or tablet when changing. I have called the rose branch and told them I would like to get a smart phone I was then told to go online and apply which I did. I got a sms telling me I do not qualify. To much frustration I called the call center. The gentleman I spoke to said something about my credit and that I have to wait 3 months so fnb can "decide" if I am approved. I have a good record so I dont see why I'm rejected. I have moved from Nedbank to FnB because of the promotion. Its bad advertising and there should have been a t's &c's. I am utterly disgusted with the fake advertising and I regret leaving Nedbank although they dont offer all that FnB does but they are not making promises that they cant keep.
