Nedbank utterly useless

I have had POA over my mothers affairs since February 2008 as she has PD with Dementia. I have had signing power on her bank account since that date. Yet I called card division today to inform them that I no longer require a Mastercard Classic Cheque card as per the instruction from the Branch as they said they cannot cancel the card and Card division says they have no record of me. Phumi from card division tells me that the Branch failed to load the information. I asked why Nedbank had not done its job correctly and why do I Have to run round after Nedbank to do their job correctly. She then asked if she could speak to my mom - which is not possible. She did not offer to sort out the problem but referred me to the branch. No wonder I do not open any other bank accounts at Nedbank anymore. They can never do anything right... utterly useless.
