Please DON PHONE ME REGARDING THIS COMPLAINT, This is just to give other ppl a heads up with Capitec when it comes to loans.
First you phone me last week Thursday telling me I qualify for credit, I then tell you to phone me later on Thursday, YOU NEVER PHONED ME BACK.
Then i use initiative and go via your website and apply, only to be told today that I have been declined.
HOW CAN YOU TELL SOMEONE ON THURSDAY LAST WEEK YOU QUALIFY FOR A LOAN AND THEN TUESDAY TELL THEM YOU DONT? WAS IT A 1 DAY OFFER?? HOW DO YOU WORK. Or did you just check my bank acc statement and made up your minds like last time I applied and assumed i cant afford it, the reason i keep my bank balance low is because i have a credit card with nedbank and i put all my remaining funds in there to get greenbacks as a reward SEEING AS CAPITEC DONT DO CREDIT CARDS... Maybe if you put in the effort you would realize i actually sit with nearly R5K to myself every month after all my deductions but no this is too much effort i would have liked to take out a loan with you again and settle my nedbank one as your interest is lower but now JUST FORGET IT! THINK I WILL MAKE A CHANGE TO NEDBANK ONE OF THESE DAYS
