My bakkie's window got smashed in a Mall parking area Thusday evening just after 9pm. I tried to get hold of consultant at MiWay to process my claim for a new window the following day. I was on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time and tried 5 during the day and each time leaving a message for a consultant to return my call. My wife eventually logged an online request on their website and requested a consultant to contact me. I'm still waiting for a consultant to call me either responding to my message left telephonically and for the online request? I had to drive around for 2 day's without a back seat window and before this could lead to a more serious situation (like a highjacking that could possibly endanger my life) I had to fix the window out of my own pocket. Why am I paying for insurance every month when I'm not getting the service that I'm entitled to?
