NEDBANK NOT MAKING MY DAY

I applied last week for a credit card, nobody calls me back to tell me that, So i phoned the Card Div on 0117104710, they tell me they cant pick up anything, so i called the branch, spoke to Judy who did the application, she told me it was done and declined and i need to phone the card div. So i phone again, Nicole picks up. She looks and tells me that due to a low credit score... ok... so explain that to me. "no we cant" was her response. So Nedbank declines due to low score..??? What needs to be the score? where do you get this score from, what is my score? "i dont know" is the response from Nicole. Will you accept a reason like this? I'm staying away from Nedbank, as pulling up shoulder and telling cleints "I dont know" is really bad. If you cant give clear reasons on why you are declineing ppl's applications, rather just dont offer the service and avoid dissapointment.
