Capitec Bank

My name is Maria, have a savings account with the company and once went to the daveyton Branch to deposit an amount of R1700 and was asked for a pin number which never happened before. No SMS was received after the transaction happened, up until i went to the bank to request for a bank statement and saw that the transaction is not appearing on the statement for that month. I dont know what happened that day but my account is in -R1700 which was never credited into the account. Could you kindly assist with the matter.
