POOR SERVICE

I joined Essential Med in August 2013 and we added my husband from 1st October.By then I still haven't received my membership card, and never received any confirmation from Essential that they have received my application, or that it was processed. I had to phone them all the time to find out what is going on, and where is my/our cards.
When adding my husband we changed the bank details to his, but on the 3rd November it went of on my account, I phoned to rectify it and the lady, Retha, assured me it would be changed, and that she can see on the Amendment Form that it was my husbands bank details with his signature. But on the 3rd December it went of on my bank again, so I had to phone AGAIN, but demanded to speak to the customer service manager Elize. Hopefully it gets rectified now.
