I changed the debit order on which my installment goes through (Of wich this can only be done in a branch). The debit order went off as scheduled.
Then theres some transaction saying Capitilised that Debits the installment amount, so its like the debit order didnt go off. Now am getting calls, and they saying I must go to a branch of wich I am not prepared to do.
As absa branches are the worst place to go, they must sort this out as its a system issue on their side. Worst I know this will be affect my credit rating all cause they cant sort out their system issues.
