I went into the branch to change my debit order for vehicle finance from the 29th to the 1st (as my new employer pays my salary after the debit order date). The consultant who assisted emailed me to say it had been sorted out. That was last month. I then received an sms reminder this morning from Absa VF asking me to please fund my account as the debit order will go off today, 29th Aug 2013. I contacted the consultant who assisted me last month and she told me the request "fell off the system", even after confirming with me that it was changed. Now my debit order will bounce again, affecting my credit rate further. PLS can anyone assist me with this regard.
