I've emailed one of your branches (Branch Manager) with no response and then emailed your action line email address only to be told that I will have to go into a branch to change a debit order for an ABSA policy that is coming off my ABSA account. So please explain to me how I can add a policy telephonically and agree for ABSA to debit my ABSA account for the premiums, but when I want to change the debit order to another one of my ABSA accounts I've got to go into a branch.
Also the I asked for info on the policy in the email, do I have to go into a branch for that too?
