I submitted my documents to withdraw my provident fund and was informed that my claim was been processed, this was my first attempt. I was told that my claim will be paid in 15 days, I waited and waited and did my own follow ups just to be informed that I need to submit new banking details, I resubmitted all relevant docs and was informed once again that my claim will be paid in 15 days, please note that I have all Liberty's promises on email, it is 5 working days later and I am still waiting... I would not advise any person or company to invest or to entrust capital in Liberty Life.
