Waiting for a response for 3 months

My home loan was finalized a few months ago. With the advise of my financial advisor I went to to a meeting with Rocksan and Fabian with my financial advisor to cancel the cancellation of my bond. An email was sent to Rocksan in which I was told that this request should made in writing which was done and sent off to her. After numerous phone calls to the office and her cell phone I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this matter. I have even left a message for her to get back to me today and am still waiting for feedback. This matter is of great urgency and not to be taken lightly. FNB... How can you help me?
