I applied for a lifestyle policy with liberty through a financial adviser called Wayne Brazer everything was ok in terms of the application. A nurse came to my work place to do the necessary tests on 30/04/2013 and i was waiting for feedback. to my surprise on 08/05/2013 i get a notification from my bank advising of a debit order from liberty, i had not heard anything since the tests were done and my debit order date was the 01st of every month. I then sent Wayne an sms asking whats happening i received no response from him. i then sent him an email 4 days later requesting a refund which he responded to but nothing happened. a week later i requested for a cancellation & refund he sent me a form to fill which i did & sent to him on 23/05/2013. The cancellation was processed however the refund is still not processed on 07/06/2013 i sent him another email requesting for feedback. He then sent me another form to fill in saying once i have filled it in the refund will be processed why did he not send the form with the first one. Why did he wait for me to ask for feedback before sending the form. I am reallny not happy with service i got from him and i want my money back.
