Very poor customer service and no reponse to email

I live overseas and was contacted by Elton Issacs regarding an account that had been sold to ITC BA for debt collecting. As soon as i was made aware i agreed a fee and paid the amount in full before the date specified by Elton. he was very quick to get back to me regarding what to pay and what to pay however since i have sent over the proof of payment i have heard nothing... i have sent over 6 emails and not even so much as a courtesy reply to let me know what is happening. I feel completely let down by the awful service and that i have paid money to a as no one has got back to me!
How can you provide a constant service when you are collecting but not even have the courtesy to reply to someone once they have paid over R6000. I am appalled.

i would like a reply that my payment has been received and i would like confirmation that this matter is now resolved.
