NO Feedback!!!

I contacted the Call Centre yesterday and spoke to a very incompetent Joy who gave me incorrect information. I then got a call from "her SUPERvisor" who informed me I will receive a call at 14:00 today with feedback. The debit order has not been reversed and I did not receive a call!! This is such pathetic service and I cant believe I am dealing with such people. Please reverse my debit order and dont bother contacting me!!
