Incorrect Information on reversal of debit orde

I called Wesbank on the 24/05/2013 notifying them that I have paid my vehicle account via EFT, can they please reverse the debit order. The consultant advised me to call on Tuesday and the debit order will be reversed on Tuesday (28/05/2013), because FNB and Wesbank systems are not linked. When I call today, the call centre agent advises me that I should send an email. Why was I not advised about that process on the 24/05/2013. I need that debit order to be reversed as I have indicated that I paid via EFT. I was promised that I will get the funds today. Then now am advised that I must wait an extra 3 days. Am so disappointed with the service that I recieve everytime I contact Wesbank. I always recieve incorrect information to my inconvience. Please train your agents to give correct the first time around. I need this matter to be sorted as soon as possibel.
