I'm so fed up with FNB since December 2012, there has been a debit order that is going through in my cheque account. I have reported this to the call centre, the people i've spoken to said they can not stop it so they advised me to call them every month end to reverse that amount. So i've been doing that but today when I called them (this is the number i've been using 0875759404) the lady I spoke to said she cannt help me she transfe'rred me to the department (0875759444) and said I must report it as a as I dont know these people who are taking my money, the guy I spoke to there said he cann't help me and transfer me to somebody who also wanted to transfer me. Agh I've been on the phone for more than 30 minutes today and noone is helping me. Previously you were able to reverse it but today no one is able to do anything. Please help as I'm sick and tired of calling every month end and reverse this debit order. cann't you STOP it for good?? as I dont know these people who are taking my money and when I asked the lady at the call centre to give me their phone number she said on the system you dont have their contact number.
