Worst Possible Service Eve

I have applied for a Personal Loan with Capitec Bank and i really regret choosing Capitec Bank. I do not own a Bank Account with them but i thought i would'nt have any problems with them however i was wrong. I told the Consultant that processed the loan that i would want my Debit order on the 27th of each month. My first installment supposed to be on the 27th Nov instead it went out on the 20th Nov which ofcourse resulted it to fail.i recieved a threatening SMS to say that i should make payment immediately and my account is in arrears.i am a person that pay's all of my debt on time and never have a issue paying it on the day i say it would be paid.they apologised for the error and assured me it would be changed to the 27th. On the 29th Nov i recieved another sms to say it failed by now i am furious my Salary was paid in on the 27th Nov how could it fail? i contacted the call centre immediately and requested a TL, the debit order was put through and went out on the 30th Nov but i am still waiting on a callback? not only did this resulted bank charges but also affected my credit record.i wish i have chosen a different bank :( im starting to hate this pathetic bank
