Incorrect debit date resulting in Bank charges

I opened a loan account with Capitec last year and when I opened this account i was asked my salary date i told the Capitec consultant the 25th, but she decided to put the 24th, when I questioned this, I was told they had done some investigation and my salary gets paid on the 24th. My problem now is that my salary is getting paid on the 25th and Capitec debits my acc on the 24th and I incurr bank charges which Capitec doesnt help me in paying. Called Capitec today to change this debit order date, spoke to a lady by the name of Unathi who told me to go to the branch. I dont have the time to go to the branch I cannot go to the bank on something I have questioned over and over again. WHy should i be this much inconvienced on something that I have stipulated. Paying bank charges and waste my time on this. Capitec please sort it out... and as I am concerning you should be paying back all the bank charges I have incurrect due to your incorrect debit order date. Banks should be assisting ppl with their finances not causing them more financial problems uncessarily!!!
