My account was debited on the 18th Dec, my salary date is only the 27th Dec.

Every month I need to stay out of work to get things in order at your branches in woodstock and cape town but my query never get solved.
I want my reversal to be sorted out today still not in a couple of days! You have no right to debit my account! Today is not the 25 or the 27th Dec as per agreement I signed for you to debit my account.
This is entirely devastating that every month i have to go through this with Capitec!
