I took out a cellphone contract with the above mentioned company. I received the phone on Friday the 22 November, till this day it has been activated. On the 27th, I called and spoke to Tshepiso Mokoena, I told her that I want that contract cancelled as I am still within my cooling off period, she said I must pay for that phone because it has been opened. How else was I supposed to see the phone if its in good order without opening it? How would I have known that the phone is not yet activated without opening the package? This is day light. I asked her to send me the contract so that I can forward it to the lawyers, she has NOT emailed it till this day, this is after she promised that I will get it immediately. I havent heared from any of them, and for their sake I HOPE they are not going to debit my account. To think I am one of their loyal customers... I had a loan with them and paid it up before the time... and this is how they treat me? Sies Bayport... Sies! You you guys dont care about your clients, you only intersted in their money.
