I have been trying apply for the Vodacom deals via the Standard Bank website using my passport number and I get an invalid I.D error. I called the contact centre and I was advised to make the application at branch level. I then went to Randburg barnch and I was advised that it's not possible to to do so at branch. I then contacted the call centre again I was advised that I need to send an email to this mailing address [Email Removed] This was more than three days ago.
I need someone from Standard Bank to advise on why we are not able to make the applications online as advertised and why noone has responded to my email and also why noone seems to know about making a successful application at the contact centre or Branch. Why is that we do not have any direct contact numbers if we are having problems on the Vodacom Deals
